Dunn Brothers Coffee — Restaurant in New Richmond

Just made out order through the drive thru. No issues. Then we sat at the window for close to 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff, other than the occasional glance. This isn’t the first time we have has to wait an extremely long time there. They usually charge your card, then make you wait, so you have no choice but to stay. The quality of coffee and drinks here has gone way down recently, as well. I would suggest Starbucks across the street. Or just hit McDonalds. Wherever you go you won’t have to deal with some of the rude people that now work at Dunns. I honestly think they stopped caring when Caribou and Starbucks...

I started to give this place a chance and the staff one time out of maybe 5 were nice. Aside from that some teenagers and or young adults working with rude attitudes, telling me to hold on and putting their finger up and actually saying “hold on” no please no nothing just rude tones. They also messed my drink up even though I was clear and specific about what I was ordering then had the audacity to give me an attitude and just hand me the drink afterwards with no “sorry” or “my apologies” just stuck it out the window and stared at me like I messed up? The taste of my coffee is not always consistent and it really just depends on the batista making it at the time. Regardless, I've never had a bad cup of coffee and it is still one of my favorite coffee shops to stop at. My only complaint is the way employees consistently ask for tips. I get it. I used to work as a batista myself and tips are a nice treat at the end of the day, but it is not a given.
