Just made out order through the drive thru. No issues. Then we sat at the window for close to 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff, other than the occasional glance. This isn’t the first time we have has to wait an extremely long time there. They usually charge your card, then make you wait, so you have no choice but to stay. The quality of coffee and drinks here has gone way down recently, as well. I would suggest Starbucks across the street. Or just hit McDonalds. Aside from that some teenagers and or young adults working with rude attitudes, telling me to hold on and putting their finger up and actually saying “hold on” no please no nothing just rude tones. Regardless, I've never had a bad cup of coffee and it is still one of my favorite coffee shops to stop at. My only complaint is the way employees consistently ask for tips. I get it. I used to work as a batista myself and tips are a nice treat at the end of the day, but it is not a given.
