ALDI — Local services in New Richmond

I try hard to treat everyone respectfully and today Aldi put that to the test. I went in the New Richmond store to buy 2 steaks and sure I messed up because I didn't understand the pricing. All I needed was a little help though. Instead the only cashier decided to shake his head and begin to shame me in front of everyone. I left my order at the isle and went across the street to Walmart instead. I really wanted to find a different store. That's not how you treat other people though. I will never walk into another Aldi store again. Then to top it all off you cannot even reach the store via phone to complain about the experience. This is the first time I have been in the New richmond ALDI since they moved things around, I grabbed my cart and upon entering the store slammed with a backup of people. Why did they move the produce to the entrance doors. Produce is where everyone shops and it's always busy. People are going to be waiting in the doorway or outside if it is any busier than it was today. I do not like the layout, this is why only 3 stars. I didn't get everything I wanted in produce today, because I didn't want to be wedged between people shopping and trying to enter the store. I expect this for black friday shopping, but not on a any other day. Change the layout...

I have been going here since it opened staff are friendly and helpful and often stay for many months, which is nice to see and talk with the same faces again and again. My produce has always been fresh, the store had always been clean, they always have great deals and interesting specialty items.
