Never Again!

Wow how things have changed, not for the better. I'm a local, I've been coming for a few years and have even brought groups of friends here. After the experience today they have lost a long time customer. Because I used to love this place, when I first sat down I posted information about the Red Envelope program on local social media in order to help them promote to locals like myself. We'll, I took that down! When servers want to complain about their customers it might be wise to go in the kitchen. Down at the lobby I was offered a full refund. I turned that down. This is not about money, it's about respect for the people who put coin in your till.

First of all I walked in I already felt the tension in the lady when she saw me..

I thought this was part of the hotel and I asked her how much was the coffee ?she said $4 I said is this part of the hote?l she snapped like no this is our private restaurant.. so I decided to stay at this Karen's breakfast she was falling all over this other lady ..not surprised she came around my table then was semi-pleasant but not like she was with the other lady.. as the lady was leaving she said something about her room number? I thought it was part of the hotel and then when I asked her she said no this is not part of Best Western.. And then getting out The door was so hard to push and I have a disability and she was so rude that she kept saying keep pushing keep pushing I said I'm trying to push I'm only 106 lb guess I didn't look like the other lady in the restaurant I didn't look like anybody there in New Smyrna Beach like a leathered...

We are there twice, the first day our server was amazing. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name. She very super attentive and quick. Our second day our server was Kathy. She did a wonderful job too.

We ordered the two egg breakfasts and I had the pancake portion. Everything was worth it. Each day we were able to sit near the window to watch the beachgoers search for...
