Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New Trier Township

Dominos has pretty good pizza, if you can get it. This location is always slammed on Friday nights, grossly understaffed, and the people/kids working there have no idea what they are doing. There are many example but here is the most recent: I ordered two pizzas on the mobile app and when I checked later the tracker said it wasn’t available and I couldn’t see the order in my previous orders. After calling and waiting 5 minutes to get through to someone I was told the order had indeed gone through and was already out for delivery. 10 minutes later I checked again and the tracker was working but said my order was canceled. I called back and after another 5 minutes waiting to get through the same person answering could not explain what happened and offered zero help in rectifying the situation. It's Domino's. Expectations should be on par with the name. You wouldn't expect a third string quarterback to throw 5 touchdown passes would you? Whenever I add "extra" as one of the ingredients, it never seems to be "extra" but what should come normally. And the toppings never ever stay on the crust. it's like the toppings were all put together and then laid on the crust rather than cooked together. Servers issues on the last two times that we’ve ordered from this location:

1st time - the Pizza guy gave our pizza to some kids (no my kids) that were hanging out on the street. Driver was duped by some kids.

2nd time, both pizzas came with the incorrect ingredients. Not sure what kind of “quality check” they are doing but the toppings...
