Needed to order an additional roll of wallpaper for a project. I enquired to order the roll and asked if we could check for the same run number we currently have. I was told NO, we do not check the warehouse for run numbers and we can’t specify it in the order! Not satisfied with that answer, I called the Miami location - gave them all the same info and was told, we will check for you at let you know. They called me back the following day saying we’ve got it available. Either this winnetka location couldn’t be bothered or they are uniformed. Would definitely chose a different location...

We LOVE Serena & Lily - we recently had a miscommunication with one of our ordered pieces and Margaret jumped into action to resolve it for us. From start to finish she was absolutely wonderful to work with - she was attentive and communicative and really went above and beyond to reassure us that we would get it figured out!
