Meier is one of my favorite bars of all time. This place is so absolutely unique, not just with its old school decor, but with the amazing bar staff who have been with the establishment for years. Once you’ve been through the doors a couple dozen times, the staffers greet you, know your favorite drink and ask you how your day went. The menu is simple but the food is consistently good. And the Friday fish fry is second to none! What can I say about an incredible spot that hasn't lost a beat over the years. Outstanding dishes and fabulous service staff. We had a large table for a Birthday party and I can highly recommend this location for any occasion. Bathrooms are clean and the parking lot allowed for ample parking. Service staff was efficient and professional. You won't be disappointed if you want an OUTSTANDING Hamburger or Patty melt...not to mention a variety of dishes. Please call in advance for a party. My family has gone to Meier's Tavern for generations and is the first place my family wants to revisit when they come back to town!
