This is like my 4th time ordering online from here, and the store made mistakes on my drinks for 2/4 of those orders already… that’s 50%… This time, I ordered a Cookies and Cream Taro Smoothie w/ milk foam. And well, unfortunately, the Cookies and Cream (the main ingredient) was missing. I was saddened. Quite unbelievable how a bubble tea shop can make this many mistakes. I’m afraid to order more as I have a 50% chance that my order will turn out incorrect again. It’s disappointing since I like the drinks and the location, but the experience of these frequent mistakes is not a good outlook on the store.

Dropped by here a few weeks ago and ordered 3 drinks: the Vanilla MT w/Lychee Jelly, the Indigo Green Taro MT w/Crystal Boba and the Matcha Uji MT w/Tapioca. Tapiocas in the Matcha MT were hard even though I drank it right away. Crystals were not that great either. The Taro and Vanilla MT itself were nice though. All the drinks ordered were smalls and my total came out to be ~$17. Not too bad, but not too memorable either. It's unlikely I'll return unless I'm in the area.
