El ambiente ósea la música muy buena, la comida la presentación buena, PERO EN SI LA COMIDA especialmente la cazuela que yo pedí estaba excesivamente muy condimentada, el encebollado que comió mi esposo estaba muy líquido, cuando debe ser algo espeso poca yuca, mucha agua, el pidió un mixto y se olvidaron los camarones, se le comunicó a la mesera, y ella dijo quiere que le traiga los camarones? Ósea??? Mi esposo incluso su orden la pidió con arroz y la mesera le trajo chifle, luego fue a cambiar el chifle por el arroz, estaba muy despistada y se reía de lo que hacía, al parecer le causaba chiste sus errores… se le dijo espero que cobre correctamente?, y ella sonrió, y al momento de pagar la mesera quiso cobrar el valor del plato que originalmente pidió mi esposo y que nunca recibió correctamente por lo tanto costaba menos, se le volvió a decir a la mesera por favor arregle eso, ella entre risas dijo ok, luego le dije espero que traiga algo de cortesía por todas las equivocaciones que hizo y dijo que si, luego pagué y me quedé esperando pensando que llevaría algún detalle, en vista que ella ni siquiera movió un dedo por nada, me levanté y fui y le pregunté que pasó estoy esperando, y ella me dijo NO creo que le den nada por qué le dije para pasarle los camarones y usted no quiso… osea la culpa fue de nosotros??? Y los precios pasan de 20 dólares por plato. Primera y última vez que iré a ese lugar, si no hubiera revisado mi factura me hubieran cobrado más dinero, la atención realmente pésima nos sentimos burlados por parte de la mesera. Y para variar después de salir de allí me dio daño de estómago me imagino que por tantos condimentos que tenía lo que ordené, para todos si van a este lugar, por favor revisen sus facturas antes de cancelar. Ahora entiendo porque pasa vacío.. 🤷🏻‍♀️

ACTUALIZACIÓN A LA CONTESTACIÓN DEL PROPIETARIO,; PARA SU INFORMACIÓN LA QUE HIZO LA CUENTA ATRÁS DE LA FACTURA FUI YO, Y YO TACHE LO QUE LA MESERA HABÍA HECHO, ADEMÁS LA MESERA ESTABA DESPISTADA DESDE EL INICIO TOMANDO LA ORDEN INCORRECTA, ELLA NUNCA DIJO PARA LLEVARSE EL PLATO Y CORREGIRLO, ELLA DIJO “LE TRAIGO LOS CAMARONES??? Y MI ESPOSO LE DIJO QUE NO PORQUE LÓGICAMENTE ESA NO ERA LA FORMA DE ARREGLAR EL PLATO, Y ELLA ESTABA COBRANDO EL VALOR INCORRECTO Y POR ESO YO LE HICE LA CUENTA Y TACHE LO QUE PRETENDÍA COBRAR, ASÍ QUE LE DOU LA RECOMENDACIÓN QUE ANTES DE CONTESTAR UNA RESEÑA DEBERÍAN AVERIGUAR Y APRENDER LA REGLA EN TODO NEGOCIO “EL CLIENTE SIEMPRE TIENE LA RAZÓN Y SIEMPRE TIENE QUE QUEDAR CONTENTO” Y ES ENTENDIBLE QUE DEFIENDA A SU MESERA YA QUE AL PARECER ES SU FAMILIA, PORQUE DE LO CONTRARIO HUBIESE AVERIGUADO CORRECTAMENTE, Y EN TODO LUGAR CUANDO PASA ALGUNA SITUACIÓN QUE USTED MENCIONA COMO “PEQUEÑA” PARA CONTENTAR AL CLIENTE SIEMPRE HACEN ALGO, Y AHÍ ESTABA LA FOTO DE QUE ESTABA VACÍO. An utter disappointment. When walking in, if you don't know how seating works, dont expect to be guided unless you physically haul attention. 1 person is the waitresses, cashier, dj, oh and in her words daughter of the owner. Because this individual seemed overwhelmed with the clientele present and walking in, I've decided to take my order to go. Not only I was charged $1 extra per dish because it is now to go, but was also confronted with an extremely defensive attitude because I questioned why the sudden upcharge because I was leaving out of consideration. Some clients came in, sat and walked out when noticing on the inside of the establishment that they only take cash, apparently not obvious on the outside. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Bright and clean. The food is delicious and authentic. We shared Levanta Muerto (Encebollado mixto). It had so much flavor. The fish was so fresh. It is served with chifles that are so nice in the soup. The tostones con queso are super yummy. I brought a dessert home. It is served like a parfait.
