Atlantis Diner — Restaurant in New York

On 02/26/2025 i order from Atlantis dinner my order was wrong they make a mistake so I had them take the order back instead of paying 12.00 for my order it was 19.00. On 03/04/2025 I try to place an order the person who answer the phone told me they not taking my order I asked for a manager the person said they are the manager. SO I got my friend to order food for me and the food came it was 12.00 . On 03/12/2025 I try to called and order food the phone went straight to voice mail saying the restaurant is close then my friend try to call the restaurant their phone went straight to voice mail saying the restaurant is close .Then I used my regular phone to call the phone ring. I was taken aback by the accusations and felt completely disrespected. As a loyal customer, I have never had any issues with my orders from this place. It was unfair to be treated in such a manner without any explanation or opportunity to explain the situation.
