Avanti's Pizzeria — Restaurant in New York

I'm very upset I called to order pizza because we had a coupon for two large pies and a 2 L soda for $31. After asking me the price 3 xs the girl put me on hold came back and said the manager said that they were printing new coupons the prices have went up 2 $ so then I asked her since the coupons were being printed and I did not have that one yet can she honor the price Well it was my first time ordering from here and my last. It went from 31 To 34 then I see I was charged 35 and with tax almost 38. The point is not the money but the fact that the coupons were being printed!!! I'm totally turned off by this place I would have honored the coupon that has NO EXP DATe!!!...

Ordered a salad no onions fried chicken cutlet opened it up onions and the chicken cutlet was burnt so bad you couldn’t even chew it I called him up he told me to come back with it so he could look at it and give me another salad and have the Cooks was this one if anything was wrong with it I told him I just walked home four blocks in 80° weather and was not walking back he told me there was nothing he could do unless I come back there with it he should’ve sent his delivery people here to give me a new salad and I’m gonna give him this one back that is not a good business person not even being...

I didn’t even know this place existed until I got a message saying I ordered food. I called to correct this to make sure the proper person was contacted and to make sure no one was using my information. The first person who answered blew me off and she got mad at me for saying I didn’t order the food, she the passed me along to a very passed off guy who wouldn’t even let me finish explaining that it can’t be me cause I live in Florida not Staten Island NY before saying “Whatever” and hanging up on me. Zero stars, terrible customer service…also if the pizza is still under my number I still do...
