AZ Deli — Restaurant in New York

So I never plan to order from this deli, I didn’t know it was the same deli that gave my granddaughter food poisoning. Until I asked her and she told me she went there a week ago it was nasty and had rats and the food made her sick. Apon knowing that info I tried to cancel my order by phone by email by text but no it wouldn’t let me cancel then my order arrives just as my granddaughter and everyone else says it’s greasy and hard and the sauce and cheese are clumpy, ultimately it was disappointing and disgusting. Then grand kids were hungry and tried to eat it they did then they were having diarrhea all night long. I had also ordered cookies with this order and fried dough the kids tried to eat them they were hard and stale. This place is untidy and disgusting. And a waste of my time and money and took a toll on the children’s health I will be calling department of health on AZ deli as that isn’t normal to keep making my grandchildren sick whom where always other...

I just received my order about 10 minutes ago. It was for a chicken chipotle burrito combo, order of seasoned fries and a few sweets. You didn't add a single drop of chipotle sauce to this dry burrito, the fries were regular without not even a pinch of salt, didn't receive my Coke, and when I asked for plenty of ketchup for this entire time dish of fries...you give me 3 measly packets. It's like you went out of your way to mess my order up. I waited over an hour for this and don't even want it now. This is honestly the worst...

Some days the food taste good and fresh .. MOST days the food taste old and dry without any flavor . The pizza is ok .. But every time i order, it comes 45 to an hour late and my food is ALWAYS cold and i live a block away so it shouldnt be a problem for them .When i come by the store instead because i dont want to wait long for my delivery , the salad bar is just a mess and the men are just standing around talking and very rude when u order . When I order sandwiches the tomatoes are always nasty and old...
