King Grill — Restaurant in New York

Yes my review, food alway great. But today i don't what happen i place my order at 7:19 my food arrive at 9 pm. Food was cold and was missing one rice n bean that i was charge. Went i call the store the waitress answer n put the owner o the lady in charge. Went i explain my dilema . That my food was cold and i was missing and order . Her reply was that soon as the delivery guys finish eating she will send my rice n bean that missing. Than i explain to her what about my food been cold . She ignore me n hang up. So not only my food was cold i was missing and order. What a shame that a good restaurant get damage by a bad manager/owner. I will keep post in this letter unter i get an apology...

Yesterday I placed an order for white rice, beans and baked chicken ❤️❤️it was not good it was great❤️❤️❤️I highly recommend it. Today I ordered the Mangu, salami and fried cheese. Over 1hr.56 min wait for a delivery the food came cold, soggy, and when i called an an hr later to ask if everything is ok or is the order on the way they said yeah its on the way rude...almost 2 hrs... when it arrived cold rice, meat, soggy plantains even the soup was cold for my daughter this is...
