Azul Tequila — Restaurant in New York

I’m rating this place one star due to the owners disrespect and lack of customer service. I went in an placed an order for a chicken gordita. While eating it I realized the chicken was actually pork and had to stop since I do not eat pork. I called and asked to verify it was pork and when I was told yes, instead of making a big deal since I also work in the service industry I asked if they could replace it. The young lady on the phone asked the owner what could be done and I heard him rudely speaking to her about how customers will always blame them and take them as “pendejos”.

He insisted for me to bring back the whole thing to replace it but half is already gone so he did not want to replace it. Then he started once again rudely yelling that they could give me a discount or a dessert and told me I could not even receive half a refund back. I am so disappointed in this place, I just found it the other day and spent a total of $100 in 3 days and now I will not be going back since I don’t even trust them with making my food. I don’t understand what was so hard on the owners behalf to at least reimburse me for half of my money or half of a sandwich. That is not how you keep people...

This place is horrible, every time I order from this place there a problem with my order. I ordered a chicken tinga quesadilla today which I get from other places all the time so I know what it is. And what I received was an onion and cheese quesadilla with just like a few pieces of chicken and when I say a few I mean maybe three pieces of shredded chicken per piece. I took it back and they told me that the quesadilla came like that but I tried to explain to them that it needed more chicken because I ordered a CHICKEN QUESADILLA NOT A ONION AND CHEESE QUESADILLA but my effort was for nothing even after I showed them the quesadilla. I had to order and PAY FOR ANOTHER REGULAR CHICKEN QUESADILLA. What great customer service 👎🏼 I really wish I had a picture and the food was bad anyways I should’ve never ordered...

Ordered from here all the time. Then the cook (owner) got my order wrong so I called them to let them know. They fixed it and I gave them back the food they got wrong.The next time I went to order they said they couldn't serve me anymore because they sent me the fixed order and said I didn't pay for it.
