We ordered a sampler platter, and it was nothing short of amazing. The shrimp spring rolls were light, fresh, and packed with crisp veggies perfectly paired with a rich peanut dipping sauce. The crispy egg rolls had a golden crunch and burst with savory filling, especially delicious with the sweet chili sauce. Their Vietnamese sausage had that satisfying smoky-sweet flavor, while the fried chicken wings were juicy, crispy, and addictive. Every bite felt thoughtfully prepared and authentic.

What really stood out were the dipping sauces. Each one brought a unique balance of sweet, savory, and tangy flavors that elevated the dishes. It wasn’t just a meal, it was an experience in how flavors can complement each other.

The presentation was beautiful too served on a bamboo tray with fresh lettuce and vibrant colors that made the whole spread feel inviting.

I have to say, the General Tso’s chicken is easily one of the best I’ve had. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside yet tender and juicy on the inside. Ordered original banh mi, veggie rolls, mushroom pho, shrimp rice box. The pho and the banh mi are the only two things we are. Everything in the order outside of these two things had no flavor, and the sauce that came with the rice box tastes super dilluted- it tastes like nothing literally. If I only ordered the pho and the banh mi I would have given them 3.5-4 stars, but I ordered more and can't justify given this food any higher than 2 stars because of the lack of flavor. Another thing that is an annoyance is the lack of sauce volume. Another good piece of the meal was the peanut sauce. Overall though based on this I would skip them. Unfortunately even though I would love to see another quality viet place,but this just didn't cut it to make it worth while to eat here again. Every single thing I have tried from this place is delicious. Their pho sandwiches are great portions and all the cabbages and meats really go well together. Their pho soups are packed with flavor in the broth, and are neatly packaged to assemble. You can also get extra noodles for only 75 cents. You can also make any dish here spicy with their authentic vietnamese sriarcha sauces. I love how they have a large menu with plenty of lunch specials like salad or soup with bubble tea.
