Bear Burgers Queens — Restaurant in New York

I don’t usually leave reviews but i felt the need to because I was very pleased with the service. The young lady at the counter was sweet and answered all of my questions as I had a few with it being my first time visiting this establishment, i asked for a bear burger sauce as I wanted to try it and she didn’t have an attitude about me asking for a sauce and i appreciated it because unfortunately I’ve gotten accustomed to an attitude especially from the younger crowd when asking for something as simple as a sauce. The food was good i would’ve given it 5 stars i only gave it 4 because i would have liked to taste a little more lemon pepper on the wings but overall they were definitely good. Instagram did bring me here as I live close by and im a sucker for some good wings i also seen that the owner hires people who have previously been convincted and I applaud him for giving ppl 2nd chances and i wish this business nothing but success and a long future and...

Finally able to try this place out and it did not disappoint one bit! I went with their Buffalo Lemon Pepper Sandwich with Woo fries, mozzarella sticks and lemonade. Everything tasted amazing but what also hit was their different sauces. I strongly suggest the Jerk Sauce, Woo Sauce and Bear Burger sauce. The lemonade was the right amount of sweet and the mozzarella sticks were pretty good also. The sauce used for the fries was fantastic. They also used the right amount of salt which is something I feel is overlooked a lot. The sandwich was good and very fresh. The customer service was polite and friendly. I did an online order for delivery. Packaging for sandwiches is not practical (boxes are too small for the way sandwich is made).

The Buffalo lemon pepper chicken sandwich was tasty but I was so turned off by how messy it was and how soggy it got.

Ordered mozzarella sticks— only 3 in the order, one was just breading, and no sauces came with it.

I also couldn’t modify my order to ask for no blue cheese so that was annoying too.
