I recently order from uber eats .and I must say, it was a highly disappointing experience. The quality of the food left much to be desired, and I encountered some serious issues with the dishes I ordered. It is with great disappointment that I share my review.

Firstly, the turkey I ordered was not properly cooked. It was undercooked, pink in the center, and had an unpleasant, raw texture. This is completely unacceptable for a restaurant that prides itself on its food quality. Not only was it unappetizing, but it also posed a serious health risk. The lack of thorough cooking raises concerns about the restaurant's standards and attention to food safety.

Furthermore, the smell emanating from the turkey was off-putting. It had a distinct foul odor that indicated it may have been spoiled or mishandled. It was a clear indication of improper storage or the use of low-quality ingredients. Such negligence in food preparation is inexcusable and undermines the trust customers place in the establishment.

To add to the disappointment, the potato salad I ordered alongside the turkey was slimy and clearly spoiled. The salad had an unpleasant taste and an odd smell, indicating that it had gone bad. Upon further investigation, I noticed a pattern in other reviews, particularly those related to orders from Uber Eats. The issues I encountered with both the uncooked turkey and spoiled potato salad indicate a severe lapse in quality control and food safety procedures. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when ordering from [Restaurant], especially through Uber Eats. Until the restaurant takes significant steps to rectify these issues and regain customers' trust, I cannot recommend dining here.

I cant lie the food is good and I have been here numerous times traveling from Brooklyn but a couple things I notice since they open up until yesterday . 1.the prices Keep going up ....I have been geting the same chicken wing dinner since they open up (at first it was 13.47 for a chicken dinner and two sides with tax.. yesterday I paid 15.82 ) I understand yearly price increase but this the fourth time I paid a different amount for the same food in less than a year. The chicken wings they used looked a little weird (not like a regular chicken wing or drum stick) you know how you get a cheap bag of chicken from the supermarket and it has those weird pieces in it smh . Makes you not want to eat chicken at all. Plus I ask for all flats and the guy repeated it back to me but when I got in my car there was 3 drum sticks in there smh There was obvious signs like hair on the chicken that you can tell it wasn’t cleaned properly neither . And not just a little piece of chicken hair neither . Disgusting smh The Mac was alittle burned on top but still good The candie yams taste like they just took it out the can smh very bland didn’t have no soul nor live in it at all . Conclusion I gave this restaurant enough try’s I’m taking my money back to Amy Ruth’s in Harlem , they never disappoint. Sorry I gave you guys a lot of chances and spent a lot of money but me my sister , girlfriend and my friends will not be returning back here.

I am writing this and I usually don’t do a survey on restaurant I only buy food there because my kids eat the food the main thing that eat is the chicken pasta that’s fried up….
