If I Could Give 0 Stars ⭐️ I Would The Lady In The Store Was Extremely Rude. 1st She Tell Me Very Nasty How Much Mayonnaise I Should Put On My Sandwich I Like Mayo on Top n Bottom of My Bread She Said it’s a Limit To Adding Mayonnaise. Okay I Still Smile and Said Thanks I ask for extra Onions She grab the onions and through them on my sandwich still talking junk about my mayonnaise which have already been added Still I Smile and Said Thank You. Get To The Register She Charges Me $19.54 for a foot long I did add extra cheese $3. She Charge me so she said for the last customer I realize I was being charge To much after I tap my card I ask for my money back she said very nasty 2day it will take then wanted me to pay $12 can’t remember the Exact amount because now I’m mad 😡 You Playing with My money I been nice and she keep giving me attitude and nasty rude talk and want me to pay extra no Ma’am not today I ask for the manager she said it’s no manager that work there I had to say I’m recording her then she tell me the manager name. Read moreWhen I entered the Subway restaurant located on 165-58 Baisley Blvd., I was greeted by an associate that asked me for my order. I stated I would like to order a grilled chicken salad and he responded with a question that was difficult to understand because of his mask and strong accent. I asked him to repeat himself and he became agitated that I was still unable to hear him ask the question, "Regular or Chopped?" At that moment, I knew the service was going downhill especially when he returned from the back room with a clear plastic bowl that looked NOTHING like the image seen on the menu board or online. I questioned him about it and he strongly kept claiming that the bowl in his hands is bigger than the picture because I was getting a 12oz bowl in comparison to an 8oz shown in the image. Although, I wasn't able to confirm his allegation I continued with the order and proceeded to request my toppings. The associate was very light handed with the toppings because the bowl was practically empty after he finished. He claimed once again that the chopped ingredients made the bowl look empty. At this point, I 'm frustrated and hungry so I continued with the order to only find out that he charged me $7.99 plus tax for an item that shows on their menu board and online as $7.50. He claimed once again for the third time that the corona virus caused the prices to go up. Read moreWent there for the first time and noticed the salad, pickles, spinach, green peppers and cucumbers were clearly not fresh as it has been there for a couple of days. I told the representative and she shuffled it around and was persistent it was fresh. It was not! Another customer came in and confirmed but once again the representative keeps telling me it’s fresh. After I finished my meal (which was not good at all) minus the vegetables I noticed that another representative walked in with a bag with newly purchased vegetables. A grocery store is near by the facility…
It is a very convenient location to get a subway sandwich but I rather drive further away to get it fresh.
Management, please look into this as it would have been a very convenient subway for gym members and the community to get a healthy sandwich.
Will not go go back until something changes! I should have checked and read the reviews...
