Just stay away, the ‘manager Romaine or whatever his name is knew that he wouldn’t have my order ready but instead of saying that on the day that I placed the order he waited until I was scheduled to pick it up to state that it wasn’t ready. The gag is, the reason why I decided to try them is because I’m in need of a juice bar vendor my my non profit but I’m glad this happened, I’ll use that budget for something else. UPDATE - IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE, I CALLED THEN CAME INTO THE SHOP ON A SATURDAY, WAITED AND ORDERED MY JUICES, THE MANAGER STATED IT WOULD TAKE 48HRS TO FINISH THE ORDER, I GAVE HIM THE LIST OF JUICES THAT I WANTED HE TOOK MY NAME AND SAID THAT I COULD RETREIVE MY ORDER ON TUESDAY. WHEN I CALLED TUESDAY MORNING THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED ASKED ME "DIDN'T I SPEAK WITH YOU ALREADY?" AND AS SOON AS HE SAID THAT I KNEW WHERE THE CONVERSATION WAS GOING, HE SAID SOME FOOLISHNESS ABOUT HOW YOUR COMPANY WOULD REFUND MY MONIES, I TOLD HIM THAT I DIDNT WANT A REFUND, THAT I HAD DRIVEN 45 MINUTES TO PICK UP THE ORDER AND THEN HE WENT TO SAY THAT SOME OF THE INGREDIENTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE, SO PLEASE WITH THE FAKE CLARIFICATION, YOUR COMPANY IS LOW VIBRATIONAL AND DROPPED THE BALL.

Now if you want to keep up with the lies we can go back and forth, your response was a lie and unnecessary. I did not just walk in expecting my order, I called to confirm the location then I came in to place the order in person and was told by the person claiming to be the manager that I would have to come in the following Tuesday, do...

I’m a bit disappointed with the service I’ve been receiving. Started out with 10s across the board, but I’m not sure if they’re not used to the heavy traffic, but the quality of the drinks have been suffering. I was a bit hesitant in leaving a negative review, but there’s no way you can improve if you don’t know what you did wrong.

The last few times I’ve ordered their signature drink “the fruit tour” I’ve been super disappointed. As advertised, it shows each layer being evenly distributed, today it was as if all that was put in there was a majority of the bottom.

Also, I ordered from door dash and the wrong order was brought to me because there was no name written on the bag or a receipt attached to show who the order was for.

It’s just bugging me because I want to keep buying from this place because there is nothing like it in our neighborhood, but there really needs to be a different and more efficient system in place where the quality of the drinks aren’t suffering. We juicing is the best thing to happen to Rochdale Village in a LONG time. As much as I'd love to highlight their AMAZING vegan chopped cheese (best i've ever had) and super tasty pina colada smoothies. I came here to write a review about the amazing Madison (I hope I got her name right.) her customer service was so good my uncle had to get her name when he picked up our order, so I could write this review.

I placed a phone order on 7/11/22 and I was a MESS trying to order for myself, my uncle and my mom. Madison was SOOOO patient and kind with me, she made sure she got the order just right and I even had to call back AGAIN because I forgot something and she was JUST as accommodating as the first time.

If i'm not mistaken Madison is also the person who handled my order my first time shopping at We Juicing and I remember telling my mom how pleasant she was.

Working customer service is NOT easy so kudos to people like Madison for making days like mine.
