My experience at this location was extremely unpleasant due to the behavior of a staff member who is often present during the morning shift. I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich through the Burger King app, which was supposed to be free using my reward points. However, when I arrived at the restaurant and provided the code, the employee informed me that she could not give me the sandwich for free, despite the fact that my total was $0 on the app.
I explained that as a Burger King member, I am entitled to use reward points to receive free items, but she continued to argue with me. She insisted that she had entered the sandwich into the system, but it showed a charge of $3.75. She then charged me and issued a receipt, claiming that nothing could be given for free and that I would have to pay for it.
Despite my explanation, she maintained that it was not illegal to charge me, even though the app clearly indicated the item was free. Another employee from the gas station, who was nearby, agreed with me and tried to explain that rewards members can indeed receive free items, but she refused to listen and continued to argue.
When I requested the sandwich I had paid for with my debit card, she walked to a corner with the sandwich instead of handing it to me, raising concerns about whether the sandwich was tampered with. I repeatedly asked her to return the sandwich, but she held onto it, effectively keeping it from me. Ultimately, I left the store without receiving the sandwich I had paid for, leaving my daughter without breakfast.

Less than 5 mins after another customer came in. The cashier informed her that they will only be taking online orders. She told him that she'd come at that time previously and was allowed to place her order in person. After a few minutes, the cashier took her order in person and she paid at the counter. I asked him why she was allowed and not me, he informed me that he wasn't ready.
