Better Gourmet Health Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I've been going to this place for a long time and I order the same thing Caesar wrap no meat or Mediterranean wrap no meat. The food at this place is very good but today was not good at all. I ordered the usual Caesar wrap no meat with avocado, the lady who took my order repeated my order back to me when I went to pick up the food the receipt said my order. when I paid for my food and took it back to my car I started to eat it and to my shock there was chunks of chicken in it that caused me to be nauseous because I do not eat meat, poultry, pork,beef non of that I was very upset. I went back in and spoke to the ladies at the desk about the error that the cooks who prepared the food made. I spoke loud enough where the cooks can hear me I expressed that they have to be careful when preparing individuals food because there are vegetarians, vegans and those who can be allergic to some type of food. First, service on this first experience was great. The women taking the order were very patient and answered all our questioned while search the long menu. Having a kid- this was appreciated.

The kids pizza is on a wrap "crust". - tasty but strong grain flavor due to the wrap. Not bad, just has to be what you like. My kid liked it.

The Prime bowl (steak protein) had a bbq sauce and blue cheese crumbles with sweet potatoes medallions. All of the flavors complement each other nicely. The steak was cooked about medium - Slight chew (Which I like). Good portion size in the bowl.

This place is doing absolutely incredible. I just moved to Staten Island recently and been wanting to give this place a try and let me tell you... the food is incredible. I first called up and the woman on the phone was extremely polite and very nice. I ordered a wrap and realized it didn’t come with rice so I called up and there was no problem on adding it to my order which usually when you call up a place there usually is an issue because you already placed it but with them it wasn’t. I walked in and it was extremely clean and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I then ate my food and i have no complaints and only complements. Everything was fresh and BETTER.
