Chopsticks House — Restaurant in New York

I had been a regular customer and ordered my usual order late at night. They delivered it and I had work so didn't get around to opening it until 11:00 and found that the had delivered the wrong order. I tried calling but they were closed. The next day, I called to tell them and they ARGUED with me even though the receipt had the name of the order I made, and not the order they had actually delivered. They then finally delivered the order to my house, where their delivery man argued with me at the front door, even though it was completely their fault. I showed him the order they sent me as proof, of which I had obviously opened and inspected, and he took the contaminated food back with him to the restaurant to give another customer. Absolutely disgusting and so rude. No restaurant has ever reacted like this to their OWN mistake. Disgusting. Needless to say my family will never order...

I ordered panfried noodles ,I'll start by saying it was amazing as far as taste goes but it was pricey and I wouldn't mind but they gave such a small amount in a quart of sauce , I asked for the seafood one with brown sauce and asked for chicken and pork and knew it was extra I had no problem paying extra but They gave me 0 crabmeat ,1 scallop 2 shrimp and maybe 3 pieces of chicken ,pork total, and ,it cost 17.85 . For the 1 dish and egg roll .Like i said it tasted so so so good but was way overpriced and didn't even give small container of white rice which usually...

Ordered beef with garlic sauce. It should be spicy. It was tasteless. The shrimp with lobster sauce was tasteless with more peas and carrots than shrimp. The shrimp were small and rubbery. We also had sweet and sour chicken. Mostly bread with an orange sweet sauce. I don't recommendany of those dishes. Our meal was saved by their delicious pork dumplings and beef lo mein. I don't think I'll be going back. Too many places to choose from to be disappointed. I think they didn't want our return service no menu or...
