Burger King — Restaurant in New York

So far this is my second bad experience at this restaurant the lady in the drive thru is so rude and nasty people dont go to spend there hard earned money to get nasty custom service i never been so mad getting food the first time i didnt complain because everyone has there bad days but this is the second time one too many she almost slammed the window on my friends hand she told us we cant buy extra sause we was trying to get her attention by beeping the horn she turns her back walks away i shouldnt be getting an attitude everytime i am coming to put money in ur companies pockets im not saying be jolly just saying ur workers should have a little more respect and not try to be rude give attitude or trying to slam peoples hands in window and walk away when u can clearly see and hear that ur customers are trying to get ur help i use to work in fast food and they always said customer service is the number one key i really hope they fix this problem so no one else will be as mad as my friend and i was tonight but that will be the last...

Poor service. The cashier spent more time gossiping with her coworker who prepares your order instead of taking customers orders.

The drink machine had no ice so I had to wait until she shut up from gossiping with her coworker to tell her the ice machine wasnt producing ice. She acknowledges the situation and offers a willingness to help but turned around and went right back to chatting with her coworker. I waited 5 minutes to see if she would shut up and do her job so I had to interrupt and she totally forgot about the ice situation and offered to give me ice from behind the counter.

Just the fact that she forgot what i just asked her for in favor of chatting with her coworker almost made me ask for a refund or a manager but i didn't bother. But I wouldn't patronize this place again if she is behind the counter...

Placed order for pick up at 11:53 AM (2 items), walked in and there was only 2 people waiting to order. There is only one person working at the front counter. It's now 12:01 PM, still waiting and the line has grown to 8 people waiting to order.

12:05 PM, still waiting.

Ended up calling the store phone about 9 times before the Manager went to answer it. Only because of him did I finally get my food. It's now 12:11 PM.

20 minutes after placing order for a "now" pick up time.

Never again will I go here, even if I'm dying of thrist and they were the only ones that could save me. Okay that's an exaggeration, but you know...
