Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in New York

This was the worst experience with any food ever. I ordered online and walked to their store to pick up as I always do. I get there the guy adds some new policy that he wants ID and the card used. I say I have my ID but the card is home bc u guys never ask for it nor is there any policy that states that. Another customer came in and used her card and even added so u let me use my card without showing ID yet this customer is showing ID and can't get her food. When you order online you have to put in name on card so therefore that's the name you should be looking at the ID for. The ID i had on me. So in a pandemic Papa Johns left me and my kids hungry and lost a sale plus had to refund another customer because of an incorrect transaction. This location has the worst n rudest cashier. Placed order on Papa John’s app, I ordered the Papa bowl with Alfredo sauce as a carryout. Picked up the food from the Papa John at 133-38 Springfield Blvd Springfield Gardens, NY 11413. Got home to eat opened the box and try order was wrong, I got the Papa bowl in tomato sauce with Alfredo sauce on the roof of the box, I will attach pics I took. I called them back expressing my displeasure in the inaccurate order. After going back and forth they will make me a new order. I advised for the inconvenience can they bring the food to me, I live 2 miles away. I was put in hold for a couple of minutes and was told no I had to pick it up. I must say that the food was amazing but the service was horrible. The cost of my food was 17 dollers on the website but when they came it cost 28 dollers. Somehow the pizza cost 12 dollers on the website but 16 when he came and he messed up my order. The delivery guy was very rude after I confronted him about the mistake and insisted I call the company even after I told him it was fine, he also had an additude and was not making the situation better but if anything worse.
