They are efficient at what they do, and since they have a check-in list(names are displayed on a screen and called in the order they appeared), no one tries to skip ahead of you. The agents are respectful and straight to the point, so there's no time wasted. Their representative, Felicia, is amazing. She took care of my problem, got me my new equipment, corrected an error made by customer service when I called the customer service main number, and answered any questions I had about possible phone service in under 4 minutes. I came into this specific location to get help with my phone service, Brandon the specialist was trying to help & seeked help from Antun. Antun wasn’t able to help and when I started asking for a supervisor he got combative. He said a supervisor wouldn’t be able to help me & handed me my phone back. He said verbatim, this is why I don’t work in customer service and honestly I didn’t appreciate the aggressiveness. What can’t I say about Spectrum and their customer service! Absolutely excellent, excellence across the board. From their internet service and service to exceptional customer service.
