If I could give negative stars I would. This review is solely for the owner to understand that customer service is paramount when looking for return customers.
After ordering delivery from Bella for the past TWO YEARS, our experience on Dec 31st was so horrific I will never order from this place again. (and we really loved your margherita pizza-oh well,NEVER AGAIN)
Yes,Bella, according to Yelp reviews, you have lost yet another customer, due to ABYSMAL customer service!
Through the Slice app, We ordered calamari, fried zucchini sticks and a margherita pizza
What we received:
Penne a la vodka and chicken
Sicilian margherita pie
No apps we ordered anywhere.
I call the restaurant immediately to tell them it's the wrong order,mainly because my elderly disabled Italian father hates penne vodka!!
I don't like it either and we have never ordered it ONCE in 2 years with Bella, because we don't care for it at all!
And besides, someone else got my calamari and fried zucchini and they didn't get their penne vodka!
53.81 dollars later,we hate our meal,which I might add I placed the order at 930 and it didn't arrive until 11pm.
The restaurant doesn't pick up because they have closed. Next I call Slice,they try calling also-no answer.
We leave it for the next day, as noone is available on January 1st.
More emails,more phone calls to Slice on January 3rd,whom informs me that they spoke with the restaurant and they are not deducting the appetizers we never received and charging us for the entire meal,because they don't believe I ended up with penne vodka! Basically they are accusing me of lying about the mix up! To add insult to injury!
I call the restaurant and ask for the female manager, Amy,who answers the phone, then lies and says "she's not here",then hands the phone to the male owner/chef,whatever his title is he's " been there 12 years" and not only does he lie a lot to his customers,(it's all over Yelp) he's extremely rude!
He gets on the phone and has the audacity to tell me that he "packed the bag himself " and he knows it was correct!
I tell him no,it was not. I was missing calamari and fried zucchini, and we don't want to pay for penne vodka, because we didn't order it and our appetizers we paid for are missing!
He responds by saying that he packed my bag himself, and he knows it was right,then he tells me "you are making this up"-!
He also has the nerve to ask me why I didn't "call right away" if the order was wrong
I tell him I did,but noone answered, then Slice tried calling for me,and they tell me the restaurant is closed, so they couldn't speak to anyone.
He replies,"you didn't call,we were there ,nobody ever called,I'm always there ,we never close,I'm there 24 hours a day"- REALLY???
MORE LIES.
If YOU WERE A REAL RESTAURANT BELLA, you would quickly check your Slice orders online for Dec 31st,to see what I ordered originally. Then you would check to see if someone called looking for a missing chicken penne vodka,then you would question your delivery boy to see if he mixed up the two orders when delivering them.
You wouldn't ACCUSE YOUR CUSTOMERS OF LYING WHEN THEY PAID YOU FOR THE FOOD ALREADY!
IF YOU WERE A REAL RESTAURANT, you would not have the NERVE to tell me I am "rude" because I am raising my voice in frustration of dealing with SUCH COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM EXECUTED WITH ASTOUNDING IDIOCY!!!
A NOTE TO THE OWNER-
These people are ruining your shop with their complete lack of understanding of what GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS to insure the success of ANY business!
If I were you, I'd fire all of them and start over. Clean your house.
Look at your reviews on Yelp- this is a reaccurring theme- rude and unprofessional, unhelpful behavior from the female and the man in the kitchen!

I need Bella Pizza to take more of an initiative to hire people who care about their business and the 'customers'. I ordered an order of garlic knots to go, (nothing too crazy) when I got ready to eat them they were very hard and dry, so my first instinct was 'maybe the batch was one that was sitting for a while, I'll just call the restaurant'. I called in and spoke with someone in regard to my food being unsatisfying and to inquire about whether there'd be another batch coming out. I was rudely cut off in the middle of my sentence, then she proceeded to say "I don't know why they're (the garlic knots) are hard, they just came out of the oven". I suggested that maybe they were over cooked, and again instead of trying to satisfy me (the customer) she rudely proceeds to tell me that I can come and get my money back. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted garlic knots that tasted good. She wasn't helpful at all and could care less. I walked into the restaurant to show her the knots and see if there were fresher knots and as I'm walking in I over hear her talking to another guest about me complaining about my food (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND BAD FOR BUSINESS). I stopped in for a slice and instantly regretted it. The place was dirty and looked like they hadn’t cleaned in weeks. 🚩The whole space overall just felt run-down. I said “Good afternoon” when I walked in, and not only did the cashier not respond, but she gave me a full-on attitude like I was bothering her. 🚩
I ordered a chicken slice — they charged me $6.50 for one slice, which would’ve been fine if it was decent. 🚩 But the pizza was barely reheated under a low heat lamp and lukewarm at best. On top of that, the cashier handled both the cash and my food without changing gloves or washing her hands. 🚩 Completely unsanitary.
Unfortunately, I ended up with SEVERE food poisoning for three days afterward. I’m certain it came from here because I’d only eaten home-cooked meals with my family all week. This was the only outside food I had and I was the only one in my house spilling my guts out. Eating here cost me days of discomfort. I should’ve just tossed the slice out and not eaten it 🤦🏽♀️.
