Burger King — Restaurant in New York

The management in this place definitely needs to improve. I placed an online order 30 minutes in advance for two family feasts but when they gave me my order it only contained 2 whoppers when there should have been 2 whoppers, 4 wraps and 2 chicken sandwiches. I told them and they remade the order 3 times before they got it right. The in only one person in there that is actually working and no one seems to be helping her. She is asking her co-workers for help but they keep making the wrong orders. This would be understandable if it was busy but it took over 30 minutes for them to get 3 orders done. The girl that was working was also the youngest person in there and did not receive an assistant. I specifically asked for no bacon a few times. The first time i said it the gentleman ignored me and i told him again that i do not want bacon in the order. After the sandwich was made I heard him confirm with the cook in the back that there was no bacon but after i got home every sandwich in my order had bacon. It was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my money since i was not able to eat any of the four burgers i paid for and had to throw them out since no one in my household eats bacon. I feel extremely bad for the girl that was trying to micromanage and do the job of the 5 other...

The tall Caucasian male working there was extremely pleasant, nice, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied with my visit. There was an issue with the soda being flat which is why I went into the restaurant and asked for an exchange, to which I was given a free size-up and the drink of my choice, which was awesome. Then After a patron left the men’s bathroom in complete disarray I asked the same gentleman working the front if I could use the female bathroom - mind you they had no way of being able to know the men’s bathroom was a mess as I was waiting outside the door and went in immediately after the disrespectful patron trashed their bathroom. He was so kind as to have some fresh cookies and a few breakfast sandwiches given to me for free to make up for it. Which he didn’t have to do. I don’t know his name but he’s a younger male and pretty tall. He really should be manager if he isn’t already. I ran a McDonald’s for 3 years and I wouldn’t hesitate to offer this young man a job at my franchise because I know that he is the perfect fit for the job, and he isn’t faking it, the skill comes naturally to him and it’s obvious. Now this burger king by 195 n jamaica in queens has older Indian woman that obviously cant hear well at all.i stated 3xs one at the front,one in my mind ,n one at the window ,please give me more ice than soda,tell me why she took out all of my ice n gave me soda.i was so pissed.u know it was like one of those episodes where u r already 5miles gone n realize u dont have any fries.yea that feeling.n dont get thier chicken nuggets.cuz u might as well consider them chicken nuckles.their so dry n hard. I was like what the fu----. Then I had the nerve to get fancy on myself n order dessert their cinnamon rolls frosted.first up these things are so dry n hard u can play paddle ball n golf with them n they have the nerve to put the frosting on the side which is hard itself.so here I'm having pin ball frosty dip .amazing .
