Orchid Nail Spa — Local services in New York

I have been going to Eileen for 4+ years and followed her from the nail salon on 200th and Hollis Ave. She had told me she could do a design and had incorrectly done the design instead of being honest and just saying no. This ultimately made me upset to the point where I ended up settling for plain nails for my birthday.

Fast forward I asked the price for the nails and it was a different price then on the pricing board. I was asking her questions trying to decipher how she came to that price point and all of a sudden started screaming at me and proceeded to raise her hand at me as if she was going to smack me like I was one of her children that she was yelling at on the phone earlier. This nail salon provides the worst customer service possible. I’ve been going to this nail salon for such a long time and I have never been treated so disrespectfully and unprofessional. They basically were being prejudice towards me because I’m “picky”, is what the owner said. So they decided to take me as the last customer because I usually get extravagant designs. First red flag , she charged me to take my nails off with a metro card (something I could have done myself for free). Secondly . It hasn’t even been 2 full weeks and my nails have been lifting terribly , that I had no choice but to just take them off (they were clinging on for dear life) .For the price that I was charged I would expect at least 3 weeks of wear but no my nails started lifting in one week.They don’t even know how to do modern nail designs .Smh .
