Royal Dumpster gave me the best service, I ever had in that line of work. Most of the workers(Keenan, and Jesus); I came in contact with was very knowledgeable and professional with experience and guidance. Especially around the holidays very efficient and productive. My services with Royal Dumpster has been the best service i have ever had; (LOL However, they are the only company I have dealt with to meet the needs financially and speedy service) I have dealt with them on now 4 occasions. Their credibility is very high in my book. Tim financial manager carries his job title respectfully and he has always accommodated my company PROJECT RENEWAL to the best of his ability and then some. I have never received a negative attitude or being unprofessional at any time.

Micro Managing Is an understatement work you-non stop no pay increase no benefits you will have to pay for your own insurance and leaving was the best choice i literally only worked there because I got lied to by a friend but my friend Can’t get no other job so he has to work there just like a lot of people there they Have to work there … P.s I used to Pick up trash from missed stops and I was working in the wash bay making sure them trucks stayed cleaned but yeah 15 dollars a hour is crazy I had got a 2 Dollar Raise but the type of work I Had to do getting inside the Garbage trucks to clean the inside of it by the hydraulic pumps in the truck No hazardous pay you literally working in garbage and get paid the bare minimum…there was missed Stops Every day I know I was picking them up ….And I had to Clean out all them Dumpsters in the wash bay everything you could think of would be in there no sick pay it was all a joke I meet some good people there but that’s the people I meet not the Company because I bust my ass for them and they could care less …If you work in the office or your a Rolloff Driver you will get treated good even tho I remember Someone in the office that got Fedup and walked out...

I am a retail business.the customer service this waste team has is horrible. We created contract with the company to pick up garbage on set times and set days. However this company hasn’t picked up our business garbage in a week. This is not fair to me as I am paying for their service. At the same time, we should have common ground and respect for each other. However they are leaving me with a weeks worth of garbage and I would have to leave it in my store until next garbage day which would lead to rat problems. This is not fair to me and my business, staff, and my customers as well. Do not and I mean do not make business with this company. Go to a different company. I spoke to customer service today. I asked them if I could talk to the supervisor and figure things out and they told me no problem leave the garbage today outside we will come pick it up and they still didn’t pick it up. And they told me and I quoted, “ if you want to have your waste service else where go ahead.” This is unprofessional and not acceptable. Please don’t go with this company.
