Stay away from this place at all costs unless you want to be screamed at and disrespected for this restaurant's own shortcomings. There is a phrase that my family uses for people who are in the wrong but act defensive and aggressive instead of trying to rectify the situation. It's called "wrong and strong" and should be the slogan for this place.
I ordered a burger and 6 wings from this place through Seamless. The order takes over an hour to get delivered. I open up the container with the wings and there are only 4. I call the restaurant because I paid for 6 and don't want to be ripped off. The guy on the phone asks me what he can do to fix it. I said since I didn't want to wait another hour to get a couple of wings, so I would like to get some of my money back. He tells me I have to take up the issue with Seamless, so I politely ask him why the restaurant isn't the one to contact Seamless to rectify the situation. (I mean, why should I be the one to now have to waste my time and listen to elevator music on hold for a problem that is literally not my fault? And I was certain that Seamless wasn't just going to take a customer's word for it because then anyone could say they didn't get something and get their money back.) The guy on the phone then literally starts SCREAMING at me, telling me how I'm being so rude for daring to ask them to fix their own problem! This fool then literally started to argue semantics telling me that the order wasn't wrong, just incomplete, as if the issue isn't the fact that I paid for something I did not receive! I told the person that because of his attitude I would never get food from this place again and he said he didn't care and hung up the phone.
So I call Seamless and (surprise!) they said they need to speak directly with the restaurant to try to issue a partial refund. (So in addition to not fulfilling my order and being rude, he also either didn't know, or at least pretended not to know what the correct protocol was for refunds). The customer service representative calls me back and said that the restaurant refused to issue the refund back through Seamless and said that the best she could do was to give me Seamless credit since the restaurant was being so uncooperative.
While I'm glad to have received some form of compensation, I'm very upset that they still made off with my money for something that they did not deliver, especially since they were so rude. I've literally never been spoken to like that in my entire life. These people do not care about their customers AT ALL. The food also isn't good. The food arrived stone cold, my medium burger was egregiously overcooked, and the two-thirds of the wing order that I received was burned....

The lady was busy, but the man was just fixing the condiments. I went over the the man to place my order and he pretended not to see me. I walked to the side and he took another person's order. I said to the man you didn't just see me standing here to place my order ? The other man with the black shirt says you went over there? I said no the woman was taking care of a customer. The man took my order I paid for it and I left to wait for my order. When I came back the man in the black shirt says you making all that fuss and your order is right here. I began to get upset because when I came back for my order I never expected the man in the black shirt to respond to me AGAIN! I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. What happened to the customer being right? There was no more need to exchange words after I 0aid for my order. After today I won't be back there. Read moreI placed an order off of uber eats and when I received my order It was missing all the toppings and sauces 11+ dollars worth of toppings and sauces when I called the store a woman picked up and put me on hold then hung up on me I called the store back asking for the woman's name and an extremly rude man that gave me his name Gregory told me that this is a business what do I want as i told him that my order was messed up he hung the phone up on me. I then proceeded to write a complaint on uber eats asking for a refund when I received a call from Gregory saying and I quote "you the one calling burger asking names of people at a business." I proceeded to explain to Gregory that if he paid 11+ dollars in toppings and received the the rude customer service wouldn't he be upset as well he told me come to the store and see about my refund after I asked for his name several time he finally gave me the name Gregory.
