I usually don't write reviews but what I witnessed today at this location brought me to doing so. Today around lunch time the place wasn't as busy as nominally gets, a bunch of tables were open for seating. At one of the tables was a elderly man sleeping. I cant tell if he was homeless for not but he was clearly freshly discharged from the hospital being that he had is belongings in a hospital bag. Being that there were plenty of open seats no one was trying to sit at his table nor was he bothering anyone when one of the workers came by him and tried to wake him up. At first everything was normal until the worker took the mans water bottle and started poking him with it yelling for him to get up and leave. The man said "stop please give me one minute and I'll leave" and that when the worked started yelling threatening to go get cold water or hot water and splash it on the man if he doesn't leave. A bit later the worker came back throwing the mans belongings and then splashing him with water and watering the seat soaking the man. Not to mention that I and my food got splashed along with another family eating at a near by table but this was very uncalled for, unprofessional, and inhumane overall especially being that the other staff and management didn't even try to make better of the situation. I understand that no restaurant or business wants to have their customers coming in to a place where homeless people are sleeping at the tables but at the same time this could have been handled why better especially being how cold it is outside and now the poor man forced to be soaked in...
Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Clarkson Avenue location in Brooklyn, NY 11203.
On my recent visit 08/06/25, I attempted to use coupon code 5757 for the 3-piece chicken tenders with fries, biscuit, and a soda. The cashier told me the coupon did not work and refused to honor it. I politely explained the situation and asked if she could still honor my coupon, but she repeatedly said “no” with an attitude.
Her customer service skills were unprofessional and dismissive. She did not seem to care about my concern, and her tone and demeanor made me feel unwelcome. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of whether a coupon is accepted.
Please address this matter with the staff at this location so other customers do not have the same experience. I look forward to hearing back from you regarding how this...
Read moreI just ordered food from there. I didn’t know that the signature spicy chicken was sweet, I bit into it. And it tasted like straight sugar was poured onto it. When I complained and asked for the ghost pepper chicken instead (I didn’t even finish eating the one I bit into) . The cashier had a terrible attitude, made rude remarks, and refused to take it back. I literally had to return her negative energy back to her, for me to get a replacement. Why does she have an attitude, mind you she is at work? Why is it an issue for me to exchange something I didn’t even eat, but didn’t like. It should have that it’s unusually sweet in the description. So people know what to expect. Plus why would you put people that aren’t from the community, to work here? These cashiers had an attitude with the people that were on line before me AND after me. You guys need to fix that. It’s disgusting and...
