Bagels Salads UrWay — Restaurant in New York

Today was my second time going here. The first time I went, I ordered a tuna hero, & it was so dry, & expensive. I took one bite, & tossed it in the garbage. What a waste of money!! So, fast forward to today, I decided to give them another chance, with something different. I purchased a Greek salad, & a veggie hero. The Greek salad was good, but they didn't have romaine lettuce, so I had to substitute with the spring mix. Most of the employees, don't speak good English, which is ridiculous, in my opinion. I had to repeat myself, several times, & they looked annoyed, that I asked them to repeat themselves. I also, feel like, I need to watch them, while ringing up my food, because I do think, they over charged me. Will I give it a third chance? Maybe, maybe not,...

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed at your establishment. I ordered two chicken avocado salads, each priced at $18, but when I got home, I discovered that the salads were missing both the chicken and avocado. Additionally, instead of preparing the two salads separately, they were combined into one bowl, resulting in portions that were much smaller than normal. I’ve should’ve known it was gonna be an issue once I asked for two orders and she made a frustrated face…

I came in this morning and paid for a sandwich. Almost 30 min in and the sandwich was still not ready. When I asked if I’m next , the cashier looked at me confused. She couldn’t even find my order slip. I asked her for a refund since I waited for so long that I was now late to work. It was refused. Instead, I was told to come back later during my lunch since I couldn’t wait for them to begin making it . Why would I want my breakfast sandwich hours from now? I just walked out after paying, wasting 30 minutes, not getting my food or a refund. Not even a mere apology. Terrible service. I’m not going back there again and won’t be recommending this...
