I will never go back to this restaurant or recommend it to anyone else.I ordered 2 times here in person and the food wasn't good and the portions were rationed with the price that i was charged. I ordered the exact meal 2 days in a row and was charged more for less the next day!!!???.I made a phone call today after i sent one of my friend whom i recommended there and he was treated poorly.I was very embarrassed. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager,i was transferred between 3 workers with no response from a manager.The first employee was a woman who did not give me any satisfaction , she laid the phone down , and she said ooh someone wants to CHAT with a manager ! and i held on for about 2 minutes , with out even tell me to hold on , a gentleman came on the phone he was nice and he apologized his name was Richard . and then i asked him that i need to speak with the manager , then someone else cam on the phone and i asked him , whom i am speaking with ? he replied :how can i help you , i repeated , i need to speak to the manager , and i asked a second time to whom i am speaking with , and he again replied with HOW CAN I HELP YOU ! he said GET TO THE POINT ! and i told him you are being rude , then he put the phone down and i was waiting for too long and i heard him cursing and saying the F word for several times , then i got tired waiting on the line and i hung up ! i am quite upset , i was in a customer service and relations job with management assistance job for over 25 years , and this is NOT the right way of listening to your customer's complaints and suggestions , its never about the price or the cost of the food , i would be happier to have less for more money BUT with a professional and courteous...
Read moreHorrible experience, this is my 3rd time buying soup at this restaurant and 2 out of 3 experience burnt literally. They sell me a large peas soup which was burnt and disgusting and i gave them a second chance. The sea food wasn't bad the first time so on my 3rd trip i decided to get the seafood as tge pea soup still left a nasty taste in my mouth. When i got home and ready to enjoy the soup on this cold night i open and how disappointed i was when the the burnt scent it my nose. The taste was horrible i couldn't take it. Read moreOn their website it says that they are open 24 hours however my wife and I have been there sitting in the car in front of the building from 9:15am and even up to 10am (11/24) they were not open. If you are running a business at least have some professionalism by letting your customers know that you will open late or that you will not open at all. This is the difference between successful people and people who just run a "patty shop". I find this behavior utterly repulsive and completely unacceptable for business owners.
