VERY DISAPPOINTED 😕😕😕

I bought my daughter a cake for her birthday and this is what I got. The cake was made with more of chocolate than ice cream. I’ve been buying from this carvel for years and this is what I had received. I spoke to one of the supervisors and did not get a good feedback from her,As I was expressing and explaining along with showing the picture of the cake and how disappointing It was. I thought I would get a better reception from her,As she told me she was one of the supervisors. I hope they understand I would like to buy an ice cream cake and not a chocolate cake. I love that they still do the buy 1 get 1 Sundays on Wednesdays. I always happen to be behind the woman that needs to have everything changed to make things as complicated as possible for the server & us on purpose to shine like a dying star in their moment of power as the line grows longer & longer. Lol. Seriously. Tip those ice cream artists. They hook it up. Only one line open most times so that's a downer. I only go when i have time to get to know the others on the line as we wait for THAT person to finish their ridiculous order. Aside from the possible wait. It's a HIT! woo sa it all away if u see a line....
