Subway — Restaurant in New York

Unfortunately I have to give them a Star if I could I would not give them anything. After ordering 3 sandwiches to be delivered. I received my order I noticed how skinny the sandwich’s were upon opening the sandwich’s many basic items to make a sandwich was missing as the photo shows. I called the subway store and who picks up the “store owner” he picks up and I inform him of my order. I explain to him what was missing. He tells me I must of took the cheese out of the sandwich so I can not get a refund because he was the one that made the sandwich. The store owner is rude, condescending, and unprofessional and lack basic customer service. Please do not go to this Subway you better off ordering...

DON'T EVER COME TO THIS STORE! The guy working was so rude! I entered the store and he peeked his head out, then proceeded to do whatever he was doing in the back. I stood there for a while then i called out "hello" and he came out. This guy came out with an attitude telling me to get off my phone and have the person text the order instead. Anyway, i started ordering and he asked if i needed meat so i said no, so he put my veggies on, then I asked if he has Malibu Garden Patty. He was like " no you can not get that, you should've added the patty on before the veggies" so I calmly said " that's not what i asked sir, do you have the Malibu patty?". I come to this store 3-4 times a week and get two subs. Most of the time the order is not ready when I get to the store. The guys behind the counter don’t seem to change their gloves after handling cash and on occasion they give me bread that’s from the day prior. The only reason, I keep coming back is because it’s close to my house but to be honest it has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a subway franchise.
