Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in New York

So I am waiting for my pizza and it has been a a long time, as I am studying and I realize that my pizza didn't arrive. So I check the website and it states it was delivered about 40mins prior. So I explained that to the Papa John's store and the male who answered the phone sounded irritated stating that order was delivered over 20mins ago. I told him I was aware of that but I was doing something and just realized that the order didn't get here and when i went to check I saw it was delivered the the wrong address. He proceeded to tell me that it was nothing he could do and take it up with Door Dash. Really? But I ordered through the Papa Johns website. He goes yes but we don't deliver. Call Door Dash. I was like ok. So I called Door Dash to explain what happened. They noticed the error, and ask was I close to the location where the food was dropped off, like I'm going to eat food that had been dropped off on someone elses steps and been sitting there for close to an hour. UM NO. Since I ordered directly from Papa John's DD cannot refund me the money directly, only redeliver. Well after getting of the phone with Papa Johns I don't even want the order anymore. So send me my refund. So DD calls PJ no response, so now I am waiting to get an email from them as to when will I get my money back. Word of advise not everyone is trying to get over or want a free ride. Literally I am working on a paper and didn't want to leave the house bc I finally got into a rhythm which is now trashed bc of this experience. THANKS A BUNCH please expedite my refund at...

Terrible Customer Service

I placed an online order for pickup, expecting it to be quick. When I arrived, there were only two people ahead of me, but no one was helping anyone. The staff acted completely indifferent—there was no one at the counter, and the same person making the pizzas was also handling payments. I waited around 15 minutes with my pizza already done and just sitting there.

What made it worse was when someone who arrived after me raised their voice to get attention, and only then did the staff respond. When I tried to ask for my pizza, the employee spoke to me rudely, saying, “I don’t have four hands.” Completely unprofessional and unnecessary behavior.

I stood there feeling like an idiot waiting for something that was already ready. I won’t be coming back and definitely do not...

I ordered a Double Cheeseburger Pizza, it was awful.. I am not quite sure what the idea behind it was but whomever changed the recipe from just having tomatoes, beef with the cheeseburger sauce in order to include pickles??? terrible idea!. I don't care much for pickles but it can be easily taken out, but my pizza was overrun with hard tangy pickles which made the entire thing salty and difficult to enjoy. It also did not help that the pizza itself was extremely dry that I had to use hot liquid to make it go down.
