China Wok — Restaurant in New York

If you want respect dont come here. I always order from here and only 2x did they mess up my order. I ordered chicken fried rice and they have given me pork fried rice ( I cant eat it). The time b4 they did the same but was very nice to swap it out. The delivery guy threw that order in the garbage.This time the lady on the phone called me stupid and said I need to " talk english better" and she sent her husband to drop it off and he yelled at me infront of my house even after I took the food & closed the door. He called me 3x in a row after that so I blocked his number. Very aggressive man. I dont see how you are wrong and you are angry....Never ordering from them again, I suggest taking your money else where preferable...

I usually call 10 or 15 minutes before I arrive at the location to pick up my order and it’s really good service they provide they are very kind always smiling and treating customers right, I sent my partner to go pick up an order and it was close to the time they close and I hadn’t noticed that there was an item missing so I went the next day and I told them about it and they happily made it for me without hesitation or anything they are extremely nice. I would 100% recommend this place and obviously the food was really good, many of the comments here are saying that the employees are rude but that is simply not true and my experience they have been very nice to me...

Do not buy from here. I placed an order on 4/27/24 (today) and received items missing. I called so my order could be replaced. I usually order from them with no problem but today was a totally different experience from what I expected. A girl that was working the phone today around 5:20PM accused me of being a repeat offender. I was completely appalled by this fraudulent accusation. I have never had any issues before nor have I ever called for a replacement. This is an abhorrent lie and complete disrespect to valued customers. Disgusting behavior and I will never buy from you again. Keep the money because you’ll need it upsetting your customers like this....
