I had just visited this location about 2 nights ago and I was honestly highly impressed with how much it's changed since I had started going to the new jersey one instead. Thats no longer the case and I now feel comfortable visiting this location regularly with how clean it was kept, seeing first hand, as the whole time I was there a staff member was continously cleaning the games and tables like clockwork without ever stopping once. As well as fun updated arcade games for all age groups. Through my visit I had the pleasure of meeting 2 members of the staff and personally speaking to them because I was thoroughly satisfied with the customer service they had provided the entire time my 2 year old son, my fiance and I had stayed, played, and ordered snacks and food. The Assistant Manager, VICTOR, had gone above and beyond what we ever expected in regards of help and service, im pretty sure he even went further in all aspects that his job title would have required of him to do with any customers. Our entire visit, VICTOR had made us feel comfortable, well taken care of with any needs my lil guy could've asked for, at the same time being personable, friendly and down to earth. Victor had seemed to honestly enjoy his job and helping any and all customers that walked through the door, yet, at the same time, he made us feel as if we had our own personal concierge the entire time we ran around. From the beginning of our arrival he explained thoroughly how the play cards worked, pricing and all the options we had in regards to dining. So right from the go i knew he was the guy to go ask, although I didn't need to once because he was checking on me before I even knew I was going to ask for something myself (LOL). Anythingg we needed he was right there, to answer a question, put an order in, or just even to ask how our stay is going and checking in. VICTOR made us feel as if we were the only customers in that whole Chuck e Cheese location, which is a difficult and amazing feat. I don't give reviews like this very often, but I had to on this one, because if every Chuck e Cheese had a employee like VICTOR then I think all of the chains would increases in ratings and positive reviews. Also a young kid, JAHMAHLI, WAS RIGHT BEHIND VICTOR, seeing he had a lower title, being a cast member/staff, he was following in Victor's footsteps with customer service because he also went above and beyond what he needed to do. Anytime my son got up to go play after snacking for a few minutes, JAHMAHLI was there wiping up the mess quick before we even could blink, as well as being courteous enough to ask if we needed any help in any area of the arcade floor and dining area. All around between these 2 employees my family had an amazing and fun experience that was completely unexpected at a little Chuck e Cheese chain. Kudos to you guys and hopefully there's more of...

The 2.0 remodel ruined this location the last time I came was 2019 and a lot of stuff changed from then but not in a good way so first of all they got rid of the stage which was unique and worked well most of the time and the purple walls are gone and now they’re replaced with boring white walls like an office building the photo ride has color now but the lens is really blurry. They removed the bumper carts which used to be my favorite ride at Chuck E. Cheese. Before the remodel they used to be art all over the store but now there’s only like two posters and the rest is white walls and they got rid of the tokens for “play passes” that run out way too quick and they used to have a game where Chuck e would throw tickets in the air but tickets don’t exist anymore so that game doesn’t exist anymore, what is he gonna throw up in the air, virtual tickets? And when you play a game and win, you don’t actually feel like a winner because you don’t actually get any physical thing because when Chuck E. Cheese used to have tickets you felt like a winner, but now it just says you got tickets you get a better experience when you’re actually holding it and you can’t use the tokens on the games because of the play passes so the tokens are more collectibles than actual things you used to play games with. also the Sky tubes were removed. And don’t even get me started on Chuck e The guy that was in the suit looked like he spent a all nighter and was like stumbling around on the Dancefloor and only came out for like one minute and before I left, I got a purple chuck head suction cup thing, and it lost it stickiness after 30 seconds and my friend also got a little pinball thing that broke before we even left the store. So for some positives, they kept some of the old games like the sketchbook in the Funhouse (which I have like 1 million photos of my attic). And they kept the old booths and you could still get tokens out of some machines and the pizza...

I visited Chuck E. Cheese in Staten Island for the first time with my son on Sunday, October 29th, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped in, the friendly and enthusiastic staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The entire place was impeccably clean, and all the machines were in perfect working order, which added to the overall positive atmosphere.

The highlight of our visit was the Halloween special show, the dance competition, and the Halloween costume contest. My son had a blast, and I was impressed by the engaging activities and lively atmosphere. The games were not only enjoyable but also made affordable with the unlimited card option, allowing kids to have a great time without breaking the bank.

What truly stood out was the exceptional cleanliness and the dedication of the staff. I noticed employees diligently cleaning tables and machines throughout our visit, ensuring a hygienic environment for everyone. It's rare to find such a high level of cleanliness and friendliness in any establishment, and Chuck E. Cheese exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

I can confidently say that our experience at Chuck E. Cheese in Staten Island was beyond amazing, thanks to the outstanding staff, fun activities, and well-maintained facilities. Kudos to the team for creating a memorable and enjoyable environment for families. We will definitely be back for more fun-filled adventures! Five stars...

I brought my 3 year old here for his birthday. We were the first customers to arrive. We were greeted at the door by a gentleman. He helped me with my online code as well. The staff were very polite and accommodating! There was a hiccup with the computer so we waited briefly and the manager gave us 250 free tickets as an apology! My son had a great time! The games and rides were clean and in working order. The staff even gave him a complimentary Lollie pop for his birthday! It was a great time all due to the staff! I recommend coming here and will return soon! It was a breath of fresh air to meet such kind and friendly staff which is difficult to come by now a days! Huge thanks 👍👍👍👍👍
