BEWARE!!!!! Not Safe for Young Children – Poor Management and Major Safety Concerns
I had high hopes for this facility because of its size and the number of activities offered, but within minutes of entering, I realized it was a major safety risk — especially for younger children. The place was completely overrun by unsupervised teenagers, even in areas clearly intended for toddlers. Teens were running full speed, throwing balls, climbing over everything — including the toddler playground — with no regard for the smaller kids around them. You even see full grown adults playing as well!
I brought my 4- and 7-year-old, and I couldn't let them out of my sight for even a second. The staff were almost nonexistent given the size of the venue and the number of kids inside. The few that were there were either standing around doing nothing or seemed unaware of what their responsibilities were. Only one staff member was monitoring high-risk areas like the trampoline zone and the tall tube slides — both of which should have had multiple supervisors on watch.
The safety setup is honestly terrifying. Kids were grabbing tubes and heading up to huge slides with no supervision. No one stopped them from going down while another kid might have already been on the slide — a serious accident just waiting to happen. There was exposed metal in several areas which can easily cause a serious injury for minors. Even though the place had only been open for two weeks, it was already dirty and disorganized. I didn’t see a single staff member cleaning, wiping surfaces, or vacuuming during the 30 minutes we were there. Shoes were allowed everywhere, ball pit i found a few pairs of socks and dust and debris all over the edges and there was tons of obstacles in the ball pit which you cant see until your trending through it!
Hygiene and safety seem to be afterthoughts. If it looks this neglected after two weeks, I can only imagine the condition in a month or two.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, the music blasting in the lobby and outside was filled with explicit language — constant use of the F-word and other profanity. I literally had to cover my kids’ ears walking in. This is supposed to be a family-friendly space — not a nightclub.
Yes, the party rooms are reasonably priced, but they're essentially just rooms with picnic benches and zero atmosphere or amenities. Overall, this place may have potential, but without better management, more trained staff, basic hygiene protocols, and a major rethink of its safety and content policies, it’s not worth it.
I paid for two hours and left after 30 minutes. Don't make the same mistake — do not bring small children here.
I will not be coming back here at all or recommend any of our friends and family unless they hire more staff and train them for our kids safety.
Its great for teenagers, but not for...
Read moreI recently visited Urbanzone Trampoline Park in Staten Island with my family, and it was an absolute blast! From the moment we walked in to the moment we dragged ourselves home, it was non-stop fun.
Highlights:
The facility is spacious, clean, and well-maintained — there’s plenty of room to jump, bounce, and run without feeling cramped.
The variety of attractions is fantastic: multiple trampoline zones, a foam pit, obstacle courses, wall trampolines, and more. There’s something for kids of all ages (and yes, even adults can get in on the fun!).
Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. They made sure everyone wore the required grip socks, explained the rules clearly, and kept an eye on safety in all the activity areas.
It’s great for parties or family outings. The energy in the place is infectious — laughter, cheering, and pure joy everywhere you turn.
The snack area offers decent food and drink options, so you can refuel without leaving the premises.
A couple of tips:
Try to go during non-peak hours (weekday or early afternoon) to avoid big crowds.
Book in advance, if possible—this place fills up fast!
Wear comfortable clothes that let you move freely and securely (no loose jewelry or long scarves).
In short: if you’re looking for a fun, energetic day out with your family or want to host a memorable birthday party, Urbanzone Trampoline Park is a 5-star choice in Staten Island. We’ll...
