Better Gourmet Health Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I ordered lunch @11am and waited until 12:45 to inquire where was my lunch. I was told that someone said pick up instead of delivery. I explained that I never put pick up. I order from them often. So they agreed to send order right away. They are inly .5 away from my location. After 1:10. I received a call from the delivery person asking me where was I located. I tried to work with him in directing him. I called on 3 way with the guard to see if they let him in and was told they did not. by now it is close to 1:20pm. I explained to him I do not know where you are and I could not give him directions. I said I will just have to cancel order. I called up the Better and explained the situation and they told me not to worry they would call him an make sure I receive the order.

Then a few minutes later the manager called reprimanding me on I should have work with him and helped him fine me. I explained to her I tried but she insisted in on making the issue my fault. At the end she said he is going to bring it back. 5 minutes after I called she said he is not answering the phone. But she would keep trying 10 minutes later I called and she said he went to deliver another customer. She said it is just the waiting game now. I said cancel the order. She said she really didn't care. She should not be in business with such a negative attitude and I have given them a lot of business and even had my boss order from them. But we will not be ordering from them any more. Their customer service...

My fiance and I had a busy weekend and were unable to do our usual meal prep. I knew Better offered meal prep now so we decided to give it a shot and ordered 6 meals. The meals were delivered Monday morning to the wrong house but luckily our neighbor brought them over to us.

Today is Wednesday, only 2 days later, and the meals are sour and smell awful. The girl I spoke to on the phone was very understanding and helpful, saying they would at least replace 4 of my meals, which I was more than happy with. However, she called me back a few hours later saying the owner wouldn't allow the replacement because they couldn't guarantee that my fridge was an appropriate temperature...

I used to tolerate the overpricing of their menu because of the convenience, and because they offered healthier options than a lot of other places. But after being delivered food that went rancid in my appropriately chilled fridge after 2 days, and basically being told "well that's too bad", I won't be ordering from them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else...

Came here just to grab a quick bite while I waited for my mechanic to do a small job on my car and regret eating here. The prices are outrages, they up charged me 5 bucks just to add chicken to my wrap. I would've just cancelled my other and gone to the pizza place right next there and gotten 2 slices and a soda for 3.50 and would've been way happier. But i was with my mom so wasnt about to just cancel her order like that. They charge 15 for a poke bowl that has half cooked tuna and mango bits and call it salsa. Went to the gym later that night and mid work out felt so horrible I ran to the bathroom and puked my brains out. I did smoke weed before the gym and it was an intense workout so take what I say with a grain of salt 🤷‍♂️ legit the only thing I had to eat...
