Beezy Beez Honey (beezy brew) — Restaurant in New York

We are giving this product two stars only because it does taste good and it seems to be a good product, however the company has mislabeled their product with regard to its quantity. The serving size on this container is clearly stated as one teaspoon, the number of servings on this container is CLEARLY STATED at 36. There are only 24 teaspoons in this container otherwise known as 4 ounces or a half of a cup. When we contacted the manufacturer we were told that there are 6 ounces in this container and not 4 and it was due to the fact that some teaspoons are actually not an "official" teaspoon and that we basically don't know how to measure something. Actually we are quite capable of using measuring cups and REAL teaspoons. When we told them that we used an actual US measuring cup along with a "real" teaspoon, we never heard back from them (other than endless marketing emails). Now when you consider the price of 4 ounces delivered @ $59.91 (thats a discounted price😂) and an owner that won't take responsibility for mislabeling the product's volume, that was the end for us. We have moved on to another manufacture of a similar product that clearly labels the the fluid ounce and seem to understand the importance of that. The next issue with Beezy Beez is the seemingly endless marketing emails you are deluged with - it is impressive for sure!

Bottom line, we could have gotten past the price, but the mislabeling and lack of ownership...

Would like to begin this review by saying that I love Beez Honey — it has been an SI discovery that I get excited to indulge in every morning. However, I am writing this review to bring an issue to the manager's attention, as I’ve noticed a change in the quality and customer service from one of the baristas.

This specifically refers to a brunette barista with a lip piercing (I apologize, as I do not know her name). She has repeatedly handed us burnt espresso, made drinks without rimming the cups with honey, and hastily prepared drinks that now taste really bad. Every time I try to kindly correct her, she gives me a nasty expression, as if I'm doing something wrong. She never smiles, so I feel bad even telling her to stop burning the coffee. She either makes the latte way too milky or completely burnt. I don’t even know what to do anymore, because every time I enter Beez, I just hope she’s not the one making my latte.

Comparing my experience with the piercing girl to the blonde girl, Olivia — Olivia has amazing customer service. She always roasts the coffee perfectly; I never even need to ask for a correction. She’s so kind and genuinely welcomes people into the store.

Igor, I am hoping that some action is taken, I never want to stop coming to Beez, and I know you do your hardest as a manager to upkeep the quality of your service. Thank you.

Well I can’t really review quite yet totally because we just got the package today. My 4 star is based on the flavor. Shipping was within good time given its Christmas time. Took about a week. I was surprised it said CBD in the ingredients because looking at the product I don’t recall seeing CBD at all. Either way it’s fine because it’s not the “high” and I got these for my 32 year old son who has a lot trouble sleeping. He will be trying one tonight. I took one just to taste and see the affect and do a comparison with my son. They taste very good. I thought the product was quite expensive for only getting 20 in jar that’s like little over $3.00 each that’s a lot so they better work. I find it interesting that the bottle has zero honey ingredients and the first ingredient is corn syrup which isn’t the healthiest ingredient.

** follow up on my review Well, first off they taste very good, but they did nothing as far as helping with sleep. I tried the product also and I got nothing out of it snd my son said they were just “okay”. These are extremely expensive and for that I would have thought the product would be real good, but nope … Indian reservation sells better and for much much less Sorry but not...
