Placed an online order and was given an estimate of 15 minutes showed up a little over 15 minutes later and was told it would be 15 more minutes. After 20 minutes I asked what the status was. Staff was extremely rude when I asked if the food would be ready soon or if I should just cancel the order and go somewhere else. Ended up waiting about 40 min's for mid tier pizza and a flaccid chicken Parm "hero" that appears to be on undercooked pizza dough. There are better spots in the neighborhood. It's really not that difficult to adjust the time estimate on your ordering platform if you're too busy. I wouldn't have placed the order in the first place if I knew it would take that long.
