Cristina's Deli & Grill — Restaurant in New York

I have been coming here since this place opened in 2005, and I drive for 30 minutes just to get here. It WAS great until recently. The sandwich that I just got has 2 small slices of ham on it, and ONE slice of cheddar cheese. There's maybe an egg and a half, and it's very dry. The sandwich is NOT on a garlic roll, like I specified. Instead, it is on a stale roll from the night before. The special sauce has been forgotten AGAIN - I order online, so I have to check that I want special sauce. This means that it is printed out on my order ticket, and yet it is constantly forgotten. I'm always told in person that the sauce is on the sandwich.

I've also been ordering the Midnight Express with Extra Cheddar and Special Sauce since 2005. Once again, while "Special Sauce" is selected, AND "SPECIAL SAUCE - NO RUSSIAN DRESSING" is typed out on a ticket, YOU PUT RUSSIAN DRESSING ON THE SANDWICH. Along with one or two slices of cheese, overcooked bacon, and dry chicken cutlets. If I ever come back, I'm gonna take up the whole counter space to open up my sandwhiches to make sure it has the sauce that I want and more than one slice of cheese.

At one point, you guys stopped making french toast on the weekends - bad move. And now a worse move is not making it before 6 am during the week. It's bread that you soak in eggs, I don't understand what the problem is. Wipe the grill with a rag, or do whatever Danny had you guys doing for YEARS. Why is it even on the "24-hour breakfast menu"?!?

What the hell has been going on here? I miss Danny. Is he still around? He was very nice and friendly to everyone, and all of the food...

The worst not customer friendly. I'm a nurse working late night shift. I felt hungry so decided to go grab a bite went to deli to get a meal which they had a whole array of selections. I Decided on Philly cheese steak and Cheese fries. Which cost about 22.00 What I got just turned my stomach. The processed cheese on my fries made a gelatous ball of fries I called store to explain I cannot eat them then was told a bunch of excuses of why I cannot be satisfied as a customer. Owner is sleep. Everybody eats the fries like this I'm must be the only1 to complain , oh the grill is closed. Come bk tomorrow when boss is here. A million and 1 excuses instead of making me whole all for 5.79plus tax. Smh now I'm returning to work with no food on a long night shift thanks alot Cristina deli in whitestone. And I will be calling Danny in the morning about his midnight crew that service nurses and Healthcare workers in the area. With no resolution no food noexhange nothing .just lost a customer and all her coworkers that frequently shop here. Thanks alot ...

The worst costumer service experience ever, I ordered 2 hero’s to pick up, when I got to the place they told me I had to wait approximately 20 mins which I waited with out any problems, after 25 mins mins i asked again for my order and they told me it was still not ready and I will have to wait another 10, after 15 min i asked again and I was told once again to wait an extra 7 minutes more, after 10 mins and i asked again and then they told me there where going to be within 10-15 minuetes more which really upset me due the long wait and the poor accuracy of estimating time. I told them that I was going to set a timer for 15 mins and if didn’t get my order I was going to Cancel the response that I got was “ You can cancel the order sorry for inconvenience”

I was so upset that I just turn around I won’t step in this place never again. Hero’s probably are really good I have never tried them but these people don’t don’t deserved not one star in...
