Daybreak restaurant — Restaurant in New York

Ate breakfast here for over 8 months with coworkers. Food was decent except times when the fries looked like someone ate off the plate before serving to us. Waitress never gave us juice or coffee when it says on the menu that it comes with our orders. So we ended up ordering it separately and getting charged separately until one day we figured out that we have been getting jipped all this time. Left a really nice tip too everytime we ate here. Definitely not going back to a grimy place like this....

We ordered through seamless, waited 2 hours, called twice to find out where our food was. They said it had "just left", and it still didn't come, so we finally called back, and they gave us a really hard time when we asked just to cancel the order and for our money back. They didn't try to do anything to keep us as customers and didn't apologize for the 2 hour wait or anything. We will not be ordering...

We ordered breakfast for delivery and it was totally disgusting. Everything was soggy from the French Toast to the bacon. We asked for eggs well done and they weren't. My wife and I literally had to stop eating and order from somewhere else. Also, they simply slopped side orders on top of what we ordered—which was particularly frustrating for my vegetarian wife who had my side of bacon slopped on top of...
