3.75 ⭐️ At the new Hmart here, they’re running a promotion for 30% off all food in the food court until the end of November. I got the bibimbap for just under $11, and it came with an extra side of beansprout, soup, and kimchi.

Honestly, the price to value ratio is solid. $11 is great for this. Flavor was good, not great, but good. I thought the gochujang paste they provided tasted different than most I’ve had before, not in the best way. They hide romaine lettuce underneath all the veggies in the bowl, which is definitely not the most authentic. The soup however was pretty tasty.

All in all, probably the most affordable option in the food court, and healthy too. Would I pay almost $16 for this? No. I will probably choose a different dish or a different restaurant next...

I had such a great experience eating Korean food today! I ordered the seafood sundubu, and at first when I saw it, I thought it looked a little less full than in the picture. But once I started eating and digging in, I was really impressed – there was actually so much inside, and it was absolutely delicious.
