Dino's Pizzeria — Restaurant in New York

Let me start off by saying I Waited over 2 hours for my pizza, called them once after 45 minutes and the guy who picked up the phone was very nice and said it was on their way . when I called a 2nd time after i noticed it’s been 2 hours a rude disgusting girl picked up the phone and said they had contacted me several times and I didn’t pick up my phone when that was a lie i had my phone on me at all times not to mention I looked out the window from the second I placed an order .They never came . There will literally be no reason for me to lie . Lastly the girl on the phone had the most disgusting customer service ever ! It is not what you say to people it is how you say it ! People with businesses tend to forget we are PAYING customers and the least you can do for the customer is accommodate them in the best way possible so that you can gain a loyal customer , Happy to say I will never be placing another order...

I’m giving them 3 stars because I ordered a large pie 1/2 pepperoni that cost me about $30 for pick up. I should’ve checked the pizza but I didn’t. I drove all the way to south Bronx with the pizza and when I opened the box the pizza was burnt. I mean really burnt. The cheese was dried out and the crust was BLACK! Terrible! How could they even put something like that in the box knowing that it was burnt. Shame on them! I called them and they said they’ll replace but that I had to go back to them and pick it up. I mean I drove 11 miles with this pizza to bring to a gathering. I was very very disappointed and of course upset. So whenever you order pizza for pickup or delivery please check the pizza before you leave. Their food is good but just because of that I will never go back there. I’ll stick with Marianne’s pizza...

Wow, the pizza here is luxuriously fabulous, there are so many varieties that choosing a specific one becomes a welcoming "chore." I had a slice with mushrooms and fresh garlic and found the slice to be 'fascinatingly' flavorful. My friend had a slice with eggplant that tasted heavenly to my palate. My slice was served hot - the way I like it - and crispy as I asked. We also shared a regular slice so I could get a base to compare with other pizza establishments. I highly recommend this place to have pizza; there are many other dishes served here which I'm sure based on my pizza experience, will not disappoint. The establishment has ample picnic table-type seating available on a first come basis. The staff is extremely responsive to the needs of the customers. The unisex bathroom is clean.
