Terrible pizzeria. I ordered online and paid in advance. The service showed an estimated wait time of 10–15 minutes, so I thought everything was fine. When I arrived at the pizzeria, about 20 minutes had already passed, and I received a push notification from the app saying my order was ready. The screen also showed everything was good.
I asked the cashier about my order, and he told me to wait. I then noticed that they only started preparing my order about 10 minutes later, claiming it would be ready in 3 minutes. Ten minutes passed and my order still wasn’t ready. Every time I asked about it, the staff would walk deeper into the kitchen to avoid answering me. Every 10 minutes, a new employee would come up, ask for my name, go look for the order, and then disappear — again and again.
Because of this disorganized service, I wasted an hour of my time and missed an appointment elsewhere. No one answered my questions or gave me my order on time. If you’re thinking of ordering from here, be warned: plan to add an extra hour or even more to your schedule so you don’t miss...

We are unable to track our order nor have we received an update. The driver, Shota called in a very rude manner stated he will get there when he gets there when asked about how long he stated an additional 10 mins. Additionally, the food was burned and cold! This is horrible service from Dominos. I will not be recommending this pizza company to anyone. We a re paying for a service. If Dominos is unable to provide customers with proper service then you should close your business. Furthermore, the pizza handpan pizza was still raw and grossly uncooked. The thin crust pizza was severely burned. The food is practically inedible! I am 100% dissatisfied with my order from your company. The sauces I ordered were all busted open and leaking in the bag. Horrendous service. Never again! When we call to speak to someone we are directed to an automated service which is unaccaptable! We want our money back not...
Read moreI wish I could give this negative stars. Placed online order of medium 2 topping, steak sandwich and cheesy bread. Got order confirmation at 7:16. At 7:27 their tracker said ready for pickup. I arrive at 7:31 to find 2 people ahead of me in line. At 7:35 I am told my order is not ready, going to be another 5-10 minutes. At 7:45 the guy tells me they're just waiting on my sandwich, should be ready in a few minutes. From 7:55 - 7:57 I am trying to find out why my sandwich is taking so long, why I was told it was ready, why 2/3 of my order is getting cold while the remaining 1/3 isn't even ready and how is it that the order placed while I was there was completed before my order which was placed 20 minutes prior. At 8 I went to Burger King. Atrocious service. No competency or accountability!!!! No sense of urgency on their part either. Just looking at me like I'm somehow wrong for wanting my food when they tell me it's ready instead of spending almost 30 minutes on their premises while my 7 month old is home...
