Only reason i order from here is because i like the cheesy bread.
1st experience Took around 30-40 minutes to get the wrong cheesy bread i specifically asked for plain there was bacon in it i said you know what its a new place i dont mind bacon its ok
2nd experience Ordered in advance came to pickup talking to the guy at the counter and in the middle of us talking he pulls his phone out does something on his phone stops our conversation while he does that then gets back to me and they cant find my order took them a good while to do that then they found it
3rd experience Late night i ordered 2 of the breads for delivery it took around 2 hours i actually fell asleep waiting..delivery guy calls me and tells me he's not coming..im super confused because im half asleep and he had a very strong accent but i asked him multiple times wat he was sayin and sure enough he was telling me he wasnt coming so me being half asleep im like ok completly not realizing what i just did Around 20 mins later he calls me again its well after 2am he says he's here thats when i wake up and everything hits me i go downstairs to get my stuff from him he hands it to me and before i fully have it in my hands he says no tip
4th experience i walk in to order again just want the bread the girl is on the dominoes phone doesnt acknowledge me at all to tell me hold on one second or nothin but i see she's having an issue with a customer so im like ok let me act like i see whats going on here and step back give her a second. Meanwhile a group of maybe 3-4 employees are standing around talking in a circle one of which keeps looking at me and i keep looking at him because he looks like he's going to come help me but then he just keeps goin back to the conversation he was having.so im standing there for a while girl still on the phone employees still talking the girl starts calling for mohammed she calls him a good 7-8 times before getting an answer and she's asking someone if they can get him but they continue their conversation finally Mohammed comes and she explains to him What was happening on the phone and finally this guy comes and takes my order.later on the girl has another problem with another customer and again she's calling mohammed and when he comes i realize they both have headphones in their ears im like maybe that why she had to call him so many times before
Anyway i say all that to say the customer service here is horrendous the deliveries take forever and i live literally 3 blocks down this place needs to completly...
Read moreIt ain't what is used to be.. My order was canceled on me twice once on my way to pick it up. I thought picking it up was better since an order I placed a few weeks prior to that I lost money and food.. my delivery personal past by me 3xs, and my order was canceled, and not by me. I literally am located up the block less than a 2 min in car or on bike. There's 1 employee in the store with good customer service and etiquette. I stood there while one of the delivery personnel told him, "It's not my job to deal with walk-in customers.. go handle her. " I told the guy man his delivery personnel needs to be more considerate of what he says. In a neighborhood With many. Diversities of people and culture there's a high chance Someone will understand what he said and I did. Most of this location's employees tend to be very unprofessional and rude, especially if you're not of their race. I never had a racial issue with this company or store location until recent new hires. As a loyal customer to this company, I hope this isn't a reputation @Dominos...
Read moreI ordered two medium size pizza on today sunday 5/17 at 2:03pm thru the app order#190 and when my wife went to pick up the order at 2:25pm a female manager told her that it was not ready to wait 15 minutes. When my wife came back 15 minutes later the same female manager told her that she aleady gave her the pizza. Wich was not true since it was still on the holding shelf behind the counter. The female manager started insulting my wife in fron of my 12 year old son, using inflamatory language. Even though the manager relized her mistake and dropped my order on the counter she continue to insult my wife.
