Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I frequently order from the Dunkin location at 4147 Throggs Neck Expy, Mobile Gas Station, Bronx, NY. Unfortunately, there's a consistent issue with the workers being late with mobile orders and they always get the wrong order on the night shift. This constant delay is affecting my schedule, and I'm considering not ordering from this Dunkin location anymore due to the impact on my punctuality for work. I contacted the cooperate office for this and if I can find a way to reach their local management I would like to talk to them. I hope their management trains...

This place is just as good as any other Dunkin Donuts. It is small, and can get crowded or can be slow but all the employees are friendly, take your order with care and often times remember you. There is one older gentleman who works here, who always seems angry... everytime I deal with him or he makes my order something is wrong. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They always serve old doughnuts that are hard. The workers never want to do any work, they look at you like you’re stupid for being there. They like to either hide in the back or in the bathroom. So you always have to wait 10-20 minutes just to order. Then when you finally do get to order, they like to take their sweet time.
