Nice, quiet and clean park. Good place to get some steps in on a nice day. Safe place in a safe neighborhood. Easy and plentiful parking along Throggs Neck Parkway service road. Close to the main road (E. Tremont) which has lots of convenient shops. I think everyone flocks to nearby Pelham Bay Park so there are significantly less crowds here. Some partial views of the water but otherwise not much to see or do.

Small but has a jogging/ walking trail, benches in the shade, also open areas for Sunbathing or Picnic, dog walking as well and a view of the water, plenty of on street parking.. Two items of importance they need to cut the grass more often and NO RESTROOMS.

Quiet small park with arboretum-like layout. Plenty of parking along Throngs Neck Expressway road. Very limited views of the bay. A few benches in park’s center.

Clean but there is a stench sometimes. People go there with their dogs so I am to assume it is urine. Family friendly. Dog friendly. If you want to just park on a strip with shade, this is the spot. Not allowed to grill there. Great spot for exercising, tanning, picnicking, birthday parties. I've never needed a bathroom break so I never bothered to check of there is one. There are benches. Not facing the grass. Facing the walk path. Definitely bring a blanket/chair if you plan on sitting. No fields...

I dont understand why the Parks Dept wont make this place more useful. Maybe level it off some, put a soccer field or something. They actually eliminated a huge grass area. I guess the 20 people that like this unused park, are more important than the hundreds of kids that could potentially play...
