The worst Dunkin Donuts in the Bronx area. I placed an online order around 5am since this place is supposedly 24hrs. When I arrived I waited outside the small window and used the doorbell since the main entrance is locked. I noticed that my order was already made and sitting on the counter so I thought okay this will be a quick pick up and go situation.....sadly that was not the case. I saw one of the employees moving back and fourth between the register and the backroom. I pressed the doorbell a couple of times and even knocked on the window just to get his attention. For a split second he looks at my general direction and then continues to walk away to the back area. A couple of minutes go by and once again the dude was a no show and couldn't wait any longer since I was on my way to work. Unfortunately I had to leave my order behind which I PAID FOR IN ADVANCE!!! This was truly a horrible experience and am currently trying to get a refund for my order which is a royal pain since you have to call customer service directly instead of having a refund option in the app I now have to jump through hoops just to get this corrected. If I could give this no stars I would! Please everyone do yourself a favor and spend your money...
Read moreThis location has the worst morning employees in the AM. I was treated horribly by an employee there while trying to pick up my mobile order today at 8:10am. The female hispanic employee that was there was nasty and rude and accusing me of yelling at her while i was trying to explain to her that apparently theres a 2nd mobile order there with the same first name and last name initial, but it wasnt mine. She kept insisting that it was mine even tho i kept telling her that it wasnt my order. Then she walked away without giving me my order in full. I was missing a bag of bagel minis. Then i ask her politely to please pass me the bag i am missing. She refused and walked away. So i immediately contacted corporate and filed a complaint against her. Read moreIf you guys are going to have the hours listed as 24hrs but then after 10pm the workers go into the back and turn off the lights then maybe we should change the hours. On Christmas Eve I went there and I waited 15 mins for the guy from the back to come and start my order that I placed online. Also, an Uber eats guy was there to pick up another order. While the worker was filling the order he mixed the other order with mine. He also had an attitude with the Uber eats guy. (Part of the order wasn't in stock and he was just screaming at him telling him "we don't have it" but he's supposed to fix that so the customer knows it's not in stock)
I went again on 1/5/25 at 1040pm and the lights were off again and no one came out from the back this time and my order was on the screen blinking. This is absolutely unacceptable.
